1. Who we are

ruchitajoshi.com is operated by Ruchita Joshi from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The site offers information about and bookings for sessions in animal communication, Akashic Records readings, angel therapy, and related services.

2. Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that you are eighteen years of age or older, or that you are booking on behalf of a minor with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Sessions

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. With your consent, sessions are recorded and the recording is sent to you within twenty-four hours. Recordings are stored privately and are never shared.

4. Booking, payment, and refund

Booking is by hand. Payment is collected before the session via UPI/GPay (INR) or PayPal/Wise (USD). Sessions are non-refundable once preparation has begun. Up to two reschedules with twenty-four hours' notice are permitted per booking. See our Refund Policy for the full text.

GST is applicable as per Indian regulations. The applicable GSTIN, when issued, is displayed in the site footer.

5. Confidentiality

What is shared during a session is confidential. We retain intake forms for twelve months and recordings only with your consent. Payment screenshots, when used in v1, are stored privately and deleted after six months. See our Privacy Policy for the full text.

6. What we do not do

We do not predict timestamped futures. We do not offer "curse removal" or "black magic clearing." We do not guarantee specific outcomes. We will not fill silence with content we did not receive.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to end a session or refuse a booking if a client behaves in a way that compromises the safety, dignity, or focus of the session. In such a case the client is notified in writing and a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page. Material changes are noted in the changelog at the bottom of the page.
