Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we store it, and how we use it. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

Name, email address, and WhatsApp number, when you book a session or send a message.
Intake form responses, including questions you wish to ask in a session.
For Akashic readings, your full birth name, date of birth, and birth city.
Payment screenshots in v1 of the booking flow. These are stored privately and deleted six months after the session.
Anonymous analytics about how visitors use the site (Plausible, Microsoft Clarity).

2. How we store it

Names, emails, and intake forms are stored in Supabase, encrypted at rest. The email list is held in Brevo, encrypted in transit and at rest. Booking data is held in our self-hosted Cal.com instance, with the database encrypted. Payment screenshots are held in a private Supabase Storage bucket with signed time-limited URLs.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to deliver the session you booked, to communicate with you about that session, and to send you the recording and follow-up summary. If you opt in, we send occasional notes from the practice. You may unsubscribe from these at any time.

4. Retention

Intake forms: twelve months from the date of the session, then deleted.
Payment screenshots: six months from the date of the session, then deleted.
Email list: until you unsubscribe.
Recordings: only with your consent. Deleted on request.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use trusted service providers (Cal.com self-hosted, Brevo, Supabase, Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry) only to operate this practice. Each is governed by their own privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within thirty days.

7. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies and Plausible analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. You may block all cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
