Refund policy

All sessions with Ruchita Joshi (Pawsible) are personally prepared in advance and therefore non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours' notice up to two times per booking.

If the practitioner is unable to connect during the session for any reason, including technical failure, illness, or otherwise, a full re-do will be offered at no additional charge.

Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or veterinary care. No diagnosis, treatment, or cure is offered. Outcomes from sessions vary by individual; we do not guarantee specific results.

By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you are eighteen years of age or older, that you have read our Terms of Service and Disclaimer, and that you are participating in this session of your own free will.
